From the archive, April 24, 2015: a corporate event held at the prestigious Imperial Hotel in Tokyo.

I had the honor of performing at the "Procurement Partners Forum 2015," hosted by a major corporation to show appreciation to its business partners.

A Calligraphy Performance for the Imperial Hotel Partners Forum

The venue was the Imperial Hotel, known for its history and tradition, where many partner companies gathered for a special evening.

As the opening act, I performed a dynamic calligraphy session to energize the room.

"Yakushin" (Leap Forward): The Two Characters I Wrote

The characters I wrote were 「躍進」 (Yakushin)—"rapid progress" or "a great leap forward."

I poured my energy into these two characters, wishing for the continued development of everyone present and their shared resolve to move toward the future hand in hand.

Forward Energy in a Space of Tradition

In a hall rich with history, I wished for the mutual growth of the assembled companies and their partners, entrusting that hope to a single large work.

It was a privilege to deliver calligraphy full of forward energy in such a venue—and a reminder that a calligraphy performance lets everyone in the room share a resolve for what lies ahead.

Records of calligraphy performances at corporate events and ceremonies are gathered on the PERFORMANCE page.
